Product Costing:
Lead Global Mass Costing process following company costing policy, including Annual Mass Costing (standard costing) and Quarterly Mass Costing (actual costing)
Coordinate with local controlling partner around the world to ensure the process, timeline and quality of global costing activities
Update and analyze results of Annual/ Quarterly Mass Costing for EU production locations
Coordinate with local controlling partner in EU to ensure costing elements are calculated and updated properly
Update and maintain good quality for transfer price list at EU production locations
Run regular check (weekly/ monthly), update and correct product costing/ selling price for EU production locations
Local Operations Controlling activities (for India subsidiary):
- Coordinate and prepare Annual Budgeting Process. Planning of capital expenditures, operational costs and headcounts together with the Management team
- Monthly monitoring of Plan vs. Actual and initiation of action measures in case of deviations
- Preparation and analysis of quarterly Financial Forecast
- Prepare and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the operational controlling of the Pepperl+Fuchs production subsidiaries in Asia Pacific
- Analyze monthly P&L statement. Monitor and prepare transfer price calculation in connection with the operational result and P&L statement
- Update and analyze results of Annual/ Quarterly Mass Costing with coordination with local finance team to ensure costing elements are calculated and updated accurately. Update and maintain good quality for transfer selling price list
- Preparation of adhoc queries/ reports and participation in cross-departmental projects in Chennai
Yêu cầu
At least Bachelors degree in finance, business administration or equivalentBusiness fluent or native-language English (written and spoken)Experience and/or strong interest in the field of analysis or financial controlling. (This includes data collecting, processing and consolidating financial and controlling data) Proficiency and hands-on experience in MS Excel, MS Access, Power Query and DWHStrong verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate issuesTeam player with ability to collaborate well with all levels and across organization boundariesSelf-motivated and with great initiative
