Senior Front-End Engineer React Micro Frontend

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to shape Front-end architecture for a modern, high-performance web platform for a global financial services client. You will guide technical decisions across a micro frontend ecosystem, mentor engineers and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences for advisors.
Responsibilities:
Lead improvements in code quality through refactoring and Front-end best practices
Guide state management and async data flows using Redux and React Query
Build and maintain scalable React applications within a micro frontend architecture
Partner with Back-end engineers to integrate REST APIs effectively
Establish reliable automated testing using Playwright and related tools
Mentor engineers through pairing, feedback and code reviews
Contribute to architecture discussions, design reviews and team process improvements
