Mô tả công việc
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the full spectrum of HR activities for Vietnam operations. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR budgeting and reforecasting, training coordination, compliance with local labor laws, and supervision of the HR Officer. The role partners with both regional and local teams to implement HR strategies and ensure an efficient, compliant, and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Lead and support recruitment activities including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and offer processes, for both Head Office & Store's roles.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding, orientation, and integration experience for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
• Serve as a key contact for employee relations matters and assist in resolving workplace concerns.
• Support the execution of employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
• Provide HR consultations and manage the negotiations, deals about labor disputes.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
• Act as the primary liaison between the Vietnam office and the HR team at Thailand HQ.
• Oversee HR administrative functions including contracts, employee records, and documentation.
• Support the implementation of regional HR policies, programs, and systems initiated by HQ.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and internal company policies.
• Manage payroll inputs, including employee data, attendance, over time and leave records, commissions....
• Serve as key contact with State agencies in terms of Social insurance, PIT, Union... matters.
4. Performance Management & Development
• Coordinate performance review processes and assist managers with employee development plans and performance follow-up.
5. Budgeting & Reforecasting
• Prepare and manage the Vietnam HR budget, including headcount, training, welfare, and other people-related costs.
• Collaborate with Finance and the HRBP to monitor budget utilization and lead reforecasting activities.
• Deliver regular reports and variance analyses on HR expenditures.
6. Supervision
• Supervise and mentor the HR Officer to ensure effective execution of day-to-day HR operations.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to develop team capabilities.
7. Reporting & Analysis
• Maintain and submit weekly/monthly HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, budget, recruitment updates) to HQ in Thailand.
• Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to support strategic HR planning.
• Track and evaluate key HR metrics, such as turnover, headcount, and leave records.
8. Administrative support
• Manage office and store supplies, including cleaning, pest control, transportation, courier, security...
• Arrange for IT devices's checking and fixing if any reparing requests, coordinate with IT HQ in terms of email, CCTV systems, VPN and AP21 accounts.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for business trips.
• Coordinate with Banks for new updates/ registrations of staffs deposit sale cashs, legal representative information, new store's POS machine...
• Manage office's fixed asset list.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR practices.
• Experience in HR budgeting and financial coordination is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
• Good command of both Vietnamese and English.
