Provide advanced technical support to ensure the stability and efficiency of IT systems and applications, while independently resolving complex issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
* Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and systems.
* Monitor system and network performance.
* Handle incidents, service requests, and coordinate with vendors.
* Propose and support improvements to IT processes and systems.
* Coordinate with IT providers and internal stakeholders.
* Assist in IT projects with local and regional teams.
* Maintain documentation, SOPs, and ensure policy/audit compliance.
* Support internal applications
Yêu cầu
Minimum 7 years of experience in
IT support or Helpdesk roles.
B.S. or College degree with a major in Computer Studies
English level B or equivalent
