• Participate in large-scale projects in the Finance & Insurance domain.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to implement new features, improvements, and fixes to support current and future scalability.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Build, optimize, and scale [protected info] platforms and applications.
• Implement secure applications and ensure data protection.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and internal web services, ensuring high performance.
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to open-source projects.
Yêu cầu
Backend Development
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development.
• At least 3 years of experience with Java, Java EE, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Docker, and message queues.
• At least 1 year of experience with databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL, including stored procedures, views, indexes, etc.
• Strong understanding of software design principles (SOLID) and design patterns.
• Experience with [protected info] frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP is a plus.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus.
• Good knowledge of source control and defect tracking tools.
• Solid experience in unit testing (e.g., JUnit, mocking frameworks).
Technical & Soft Skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with openness to experimentation.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
