Position Title: SENIOR KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Function: Commercial
Sub-function: Sales Inhome (MOFT)
A. PURPOSE OF POSITION
Build volume, revenue, space share in assigned Modern Trade Accounts by good initiatives, well planning cooperating with customers - Account level.
Develop all possible integrated ideas for new sales chances.
C. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1/ Functional duties:
Accountable for delivering business target for the assigned Key Accounts: Sales volume, P&L, Assortment, Penetration, Account Share, Space share, Post Share...
Develop and execute Joint Business Planning (JBP) including Trade Term agreement, All agreements, Sell out activities & Trade team engagement & KPIs (Sell-in, Growth, targeted segment, etc ...).
Accountable for monthly/quarterly activities/ company campaigns for assigned Key Accounts: promotion, activation, rental ...
Accountable for product assortment, listing new product, ... at assigned Key Accounts
Play a central role of Key Account Management in coordination with other functions to make sure plan happen: Operation team, Trade team, PPM & Brand team, ...
Build & nurture relationship with Key Accounts & internal functions.
Data driven recommendation, create informative reports & conduct presentation very often

Education: B.S/B.A Degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
Industry Experiences: Experience in beer/ alcoholic industry is a plus.
Position Experiences: 2+ years in MT sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product industries. Experience in Planning is preferable
Language: Fluent in both English and Vietnamese communication.
Knowledge:
• Advanced computer software proficiency (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, internet)
• Effective communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills
• High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information based recommendations.
• Have focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks
• Ability to prioritize and strong organization skills
• Ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Internal & External)
• Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Strong numerical, verbal and technical skill base - particularly negotiation & selling
Other requirements:
• Mobility: Willing to relocate for business requirement across regions.
