Senior Legal Manager

- BIM Group is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Legal Manager to join Legal
Department. The successful candidate will primarily focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A),
complex financial and commercial transactions, development and implementation of large-scale
investment projects.
- The candidate should possess extensive legal expertise, strong commercial acumen, and excellent
English communication skills to work effectively with international partners, legal advisors,
consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Job Description:
• Participate in the preparation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of mergers and
acquisitions (M&A), financing transactions, commercial transactions, and investment
projects.
• Provide legal support to business units and subsidiaries throughout the preparation,
negotiation, and completion of transactions.
• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate contracts and other legal transaction documents while
addressing legal issues arising during implementation.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to the Group's subsidiaries and departments to ensure
compliance with applicable laws, internal regulations, and corporate policies.
• Represent the company in dealings with government authorities, organizations, and other
relevant parties when required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management and the Head of the Legal
Department.
