*** Company information: VIA Vietnam Co., Ltd is 100% Japanese owned company and all our clients are 100% Japanese owned companies. Our firm specializes in accounting, tax and legal service. VIA Vietnam is operating with 2 offices: Ha Noi (Head Office) and Ho Chi Minh (Branch).
***Work position: Senior Legal Staff
*** WORK PLACE:
- 5th Floor, V-Tower Building, 649 Kim Ma Street, Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi City
*** Working time: From Monday to Friday: 8:00 - 17:00
Responsible for:
• Provide legal advice exclusively on behalf of the Company and to clients of the Company;
• Draft advices, opinions and contracts (including sale contracts, loan agreements, labour contracts, internal labour rules, etc.);
• On behalf of clients to deal with state authorities for proceeding the procedures related to foreign investment including company establishment, amending licenses, sub-licenses;
• Be responsible for other assignments as may be required from time to time.
Yêu cầu
Job requirements:
• University graduated in law or other related areas;
• Have at least 2-3 years' experience in similar level;
• Fluent in English ( English is compulsory);
• Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Good sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Note: CV must be in English
• Preferred age: 27 years old and above.
