Job Summary
(Main objective(s) / purpose(s) of the role)
You will be responsible for the implementation and management of inventory controlling and distribution. You build and leverage strong working relationships with key stakeholders to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met. You will oversee the customer experience to drive continuous improvement in logistics processes and projects.
Principal Accountabilities
(All accountabilities of the role)
Coordination and Planning (30%)
o Coordinate with 3PL & sales team on planning, stock replenishment, delivery, order processing and other logistics activities as per schedule.
o Act as one of the primary day-to-day business liaisons between AMOREPACIFIC and 3PL (warehousing and transportation) to ensure on time delivery.
o Coordinate with BM & Finance to process local PO (outsourcing gifts,...).
Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management (40%)
o Daily order fulfillment (STO to stores, SO to customers, FOC) and inventory management with SAP (Processing, Monitoring and Expediting). Handle shortage/damaged goods if any.
o Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular stock takes and monthly system reconciliation (warehouse and stores).
o Ensure accurate store inventory management by monitoring stock levels, resolving imbalances, and correcting sales errors during the monthly closing cycle.
o Provide support throughout the inventory write-off process, including documentation, verification, and system updates for expired or damaged products.
Master Data and SKU Management (10%)
o Create new SKU in the system, update BOM, register price; ensure the proper maintenance of master data.
Reporting and Cost Management (20%)
○ Manage logistics costs and 3PL's KPI on a monthly basis.
○ Prepare monthly reports for logistics-related issues and ensure timely monthly closing.
○ Perform other duties assigned by GM, BGM, line manager.
Yêu cầu
• Degree holder of Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations Management, Economics or relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG industry.
• Familiar with order-to-cash process in retail and e-Commerce industry.
• In depth knowledge of inventory management. Prior experience in handling high volume of SKU is a plus.
• Strong SAP skills is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English.
