Senior Marketing Executive will lead a small-scale team on communication and
digital marketing activities/ initiatives for brand management and academic program execution.
- Develop marketing plans and strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive high-quality lead generation.
- Implement marketing campaigns; evaluate and measure performance (including conversion from leads to enrollment) and optimize accordingly for subsequent campaigns.
- Test and evaluate the free and paid interaction channels; build and optimize content for various platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, etc.).
- Build relationships with strategic partners, develop internal and external partnership to generate solid customers for the Center.
- Plan, allocate, and manage marketing expenses every month/quarter/year and adjust accordingly.
- Develop and standardize marketing materials (brand identity kit, website, brochure, flyer, etc.) to produce marketing materials for each product group/department.
- Manage and measure internal channels (owned media), digital marketing campaigns, customer insights research, and market assessments.
- Plan and organize online and offline events to create added value for customers and generate customer data.
- Consult the Board of Directors on marketing, branding, communications, and event strategies and initiatives.
- Other tasks assigned by Executive Director from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree (Higher degree is a plus); min 03 YoE in digital marketing (Experienced in the industry of Training/Education or academic fields is a plus)
- Good language command of English and Vietnamese
- Proficiency in social media marketing & coordination in digital tools for design
- Strong planning & campaign/event-running skills; teamwork, networking and customer-oriented skills
