Mô tả công việc
- Station inside garment factory, work with factory merchandising team.
- Communicate with office and factory to resolve of daily issues involved of production.
- Download and distribute of Tech pack, ensure that factory fully understanding about the information inside of techpack
- Proto sample follow up on details and follow up status with fabric team.
- Costing preparation, discuss with factory for style modifications and options to bring down the cost. Input costing into system and share with team.
- Communicate and negotiate with factory for price and delivery confirmation.
- Issues of bulk PO's after price and delivery confirmed.
- Work closely with factory to monitor of Fit sample / PP sample.
- Work closely with garment specialist to resolve of sample issues.
- Pre-production meeting with factory, garment specialist and QA team.
- Follow up on WIP and monitor of production status until completed of shipment
Yêu cầu
1. Education Level: College graduated / Bachelor degree
2. Years of Experience: 3-5 years experiences in Sourcing Manufacturing Industry on garment fields for US Market, and have good experience in Woven
3. Have experiences for OUTERWEAR - Light weight jacket / 2 in one jacket / padded jacket, experience on down jacket / functional jacket such as seal seam will be great
4. Have experiences in SWIM TRUNK and Casual bottom with washed included casual pants / casual shorts / cargo pants / cargo short
5. Language Skills: Good on written English, fundamental oral English. Able to communicate in Cantonese
6. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.
