1/ Job Description
• boots on the ground working closely with vendors and internal teams to follow-up from sourcing, development and orders in driving on-time delivery.
• Negotiate price and timeline to prepare cost sheet and Test & Acceptance.
• Understand the customer needs and develop an effective sourcing plan.

• Provide quality customer service. Assist in product development process to ensure that products meet customers' satisfaction with quality and budget requirements. Arrange sample submission to customers for approval.
• Maintain business relationships. Maintain a strong relationship with vendors for production development and production.
• Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process
• Monitor the shipment and logistic
• Work closely with colleagues in different locations on quotation and follow-up Merchandising, Production Control and Order follow-up
2/ Product Type / Category: woven, knits, tops and bottom
Yêu cầu
• Possess 5+ years of merchandising experience in men wear ideally covering US market
• Hold a Diploma or above in merchandizing or related discipline
• Have an aggressive attitude to always strive for delivering results
• Are effective in managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines and cool under pressure
• Have a good grasp of details
• Are flexible in handling ad hoc tasks as they come
• Like frequent travel
