Mô tả công việc
- Work with vendors and customers to follow up from sourcing, development and order delivery. Negotiate price and timeline
- Communicate regularly with suppliers and customers in resolving any issues and follow-up
- Prepare costing to quote buyers
- Prepare samples to send to customers. Follow up closely with Sample room to make sure samples are done as requested timeline and requirements
- Receive orders and work with Production department to plan the schedule to meet requested shipment timeline
- Checking material ordering to get correctly quantity/price/shipment date.
- Follow up production issues and coordinate with other departments to solve the issue immediately to avoid production intervals
- Handle inspection with customer's QA/QC to ensure no shipment delay or claims
- Support and monitor daily work of team members to meet deadline
Yêu cầu
*** Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong experience in garment merchandising
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
