As a Senior Product Manager in Lazada eLogistics Team, you'll be part of an extremely motivated and experienced group of people. You'll help drive LEL business and be a key contributor. You may also become mentor for other managers in the future.
Reporting to the (VP/SVP of Product) you will:
• Lead product vertical within Operations area for Lazada eLogistics.
• Work with Business Teams to formulate product roadmap.
• Work closely with multiple development teams to deliver on roadmap.
• Manage the process of creating product specifications and ensuring they are signed off by all key stakeholders.
• Ensure successful rollout of features that are developed, which will require close coordination with operational groups throughout the organization.
• Streamline communication of product initiatives and priorities throughout the organization.
Yêu cầu
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• 5+ years experience in ecommerce in a product-related role, logistics, fulfilment or finance background preferred.
• Skills of a talented communicator who can influence others in a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of customer development.
• Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, business, project management, and organizational skills.
• BA/BS degree, MBA preferred.
