Senior Product Manager

Scope
Research and benchmark market-leading LLM Gateway, AI Gateway, and API Gateway products.
Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and development priorities for the LLM Gateway / AI Gateway.
Gather, analyze, and clarify requirements from cross-functional teams, including AI, Platform, Security, and Application teams.
Author comprehensive documentations, including PRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, as well as functional and non-functional requirements.
Collaborate closely with Architects, Tech Leads, and Engineering teams to analyze solution designs, trade-offs, and implementation scope.
Track and evaluate product adoption, reliability, performance, and developer experience (DX).
Qualification
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Technical BA.
Proven track record in platform/infrastructure products; hands-on experience with LLM/AI Gateways, API Gateways, Integration Platforms, IAM, or similar shared/core enterprise platforms is highly preferred.
Strong platform product mindset, with a deep understanding of standardization, self-service capabilities, governance, reliability, and developer experience.
Solid analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems involving multiple stakeholders and inter-system dependencies.
Proficient in writing clear PRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and system workflow descriptions.
Good understanding of AI/LLM technologies, API Gateways, or equivalent infrastructure products is a strong plus.
Strong technical background, with a clear grasp of API-based system integrations and common architectural patterns.
Capable of working directly with Architects, Tech Leads, and Engineering teams to clarify requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and constructively challenge technical solutions.
