The Senior Product Owner is responsible for day-to-day product execution and delivery for supply chain planning capabilities supported by China engineering teams. This role serves as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, global product leadership, and regional engineering teams, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered according to agreed product objectives. The role focuses on execution excellence, backlog quality, and intake control, while aligning with global product direction.

Backlog Ownership & Planning
o Own and maintain the supply chain product backlog for APAC delivery teams.
o Ensure backlog items are clearly defined, prioritized, estimated, and ready for development.
o Align backlog priorities with US-based Product Managers and Product Owners.
Requirements & Story Definition
o Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
o Collaborate with engineering to clarify scope, dependencies, and implementation approach.
Business Request Intake
o Act as the primary intake point for business requests related to Supply Chain for China teams.
o Evaluate incoming requests for alignment, value, urgency, and feasibility.
o Route requests through appropriate prioritization and approval processes.
Agile Delivery Execution
o Lead backlog refinement sessions and support sprint planning.
o Participate in sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
o Partner with engineering leads to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
Global Collaboration
o Work closely with US-based Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure regional work aligns with global product strategy.
o Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs proactively across regions.
Quality & Release Support
o Support UAT planning and execution.
o Validate delivered functionality against requirements and acceptance criteria.
o Assist with release coordination and post-release feedback collection.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field - Required
2. Experience
• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst,
Business Analyst, or similar role in enterprise
software engineering: 3+ years of experience - Required
• Experience working with global teams
3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts (MRP, DRP, S&OP, inventory planning).
• Experience with enterprise planning platforms (SAP APO/IBP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin required for local collaboration.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira).
