Mô tả công việc
Develop and expand new products for customers in the European market, North America, Australia, and Asia
Participate in the continuous product improvement process with customers and the company to meet the needs of B2B partners (traditional business and e-commerce).
Participate in construction and develop business with new customers: finalizing product samples and technical documents, working with departments related (IT, CS, production...)
Implement collection expansion development projects with customers
Monitor and supervise the work assigned by the R&D Manager to the departments
Research new products, combined with making quotes.
Propose product improvement ideas to save costs, improve quality or compliance new regulations
Other requirements as requested by superiors
