Mô tả công việc
Project Management:
• Collaborate with Business Development for new project requirement and Technology Team to build the most productive and sufficient process for both Customer and DIGI-TEXX within timeframe given.
• Be responsible for the assigned projects with Resources Management & Project's Workflow to ensure the Profit & Lost.
• Internal and external Customer Satisfaction Management.
• Coordinate and resolve the projects daily issues in the timely and effective manner with internal Operation Team and other Department.
• Develop and maintain the productive team.
• Do improvement on the project to increase the project productivity.
Office Management:
• Be responsible for the Office include working with Office Owner and Vendor to ensure the daily operation.
• Ensure the security requirement from Company and Customer be compliant properly.
• Do other tasks assigned by Leadership Team.
* Work location: Khai Hoan Building - 624 Lac Long Quan, Ward 5, District 11, HCM City
* Working time: 8:00 - 17:50 (Monday to Friday)
Yêu cầu
Foreigner languages: Mandarin + English is fluency; Cantonese is an advantage
Below experiences are required:
• 3+ years experience in similar position.
• Leadership and decision-making skills/experience.
• Project Management Certificate/Skill is a must
• Client First mindset
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Strong skills in document management
• Well-organized and attentive to details
• Experience to work with international Client is a plus
