• Provide advice and solutions on technical issues
• Define and implement quality standards across all labels and product categories
• Oversee end-to-end quality issues, including raw material testing, in-line and final inspections
• Evaluate the capabilities and equipment of all manufacturing facilities, assess suitability in all quality procedures and recommend appropriate products to meet all shipping schedules
• Maintain corporate standards for all finished goods to ensure all products are produced to meet the highest quality standards in manufacturing
• Ensure manufacturing methods and standards are adhered to in all countries and facilities in producing stock garments
• Conduct factory audits to ensure that factories meet company and customers' compliance standards
Yêu cầu
• Diploma in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
• Proficiency in Total (QMS) Quality Management System
• Strong technical background in Woven Ladies, Blazers and Dress, experience with US brands is highly preferred
• Familiar with garment manufacturing facilities and production process
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong leadership, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willing to travel frequently and station in Vietnam
