Job Description:
• Lead Product Development Gate reviews to ensure quality, risk control, and regulatory readiness
• Drive customer-focused quality evaluation to meet market, compliance, and user requirements
• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives with R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
• Develop the quality objective
• Drive continuous improvement using CAPA, root cause analysis, and risk management tools
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements
• Own ISO quality management systems by setting quality objectives and leading internal and external audits
Yêu cầu
Relevant education and experience
• Bachelor's Degree or above in quality management, electrical or mechanical engineering, etc.
• 3 - 5+ years' experience in quality management related.
• Lead auditor qualification or certified enterprise work experience is preferred.
• Experience with and understanding of quality standard, quality audit and quality improvement
• V Model background
• Know basic quality knowledge and experience on audit, be familiar with ISO9001.
• ISO certification is plus
• Be strong in both verbal and written communication skills in English & stakeholder's management skills.
Personality/ Attitude
• Ability to work independently, able to adapt to business trip (if have).
• Willing to communicate with cross function team and express different ideas
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability of work; meets or beats deadlines and delivers results
• Demonstrates accuracy, clarity, consistency and thoroughness of work
• Ability to work under pressure
• Report and escalate skills
