1. Role Overview
The Senior Operation Executive plays a critical role in driving the daily retail and operational excellence of ZWILLING Vietnam. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless store operations, optimizing inventory management, leveraging data for performance insights, and executing in-store activations aligned with brand standards.
This role requires a strong combination of analytical capability, operational discipline, and premium retail mindset to support business growth in a fast-developing market.
2. Key Responsibilities
Operation Management
• Oversee daily retail operations across all stores to ensure smooth and efficient execution
• Monitor store performance and ensure compliance with company standards and SOPs
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to support business objectives
Inventory Management (In-store & System)
• Manage stock levels across stores, ensuring optimal inventory availability and minimizing stock discrepancies
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation
• Coordinate replenishment planning with warehouse and supply chain teams
Data Tracking & Analysis
• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and key KPIs
• Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational issues
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making
• Provide promotion effectiveness analysis
Visual Merchandising (VM)
• Ensure all stores maintain ZWILLING's premium brand image through proper visual merchandising
• Execute VM guidelines and seasonal updates across stores
• Monitor store display quality and propose improvements to enhance customer experience
In-store Activation Execution
• Coordinate and execute in-store events, product demonstrations, and brand activations
• Work closely with Marketing team to ensure smooth rollout of campaigns
• Ensure all activations are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards
Monthly Promotion Planning
• Develop and execute monthly promotion plans aligned with sales targets and brand positioning
• Coordinate with Marketing teams to ensure effective implementation
• Monitor and evaluate promotion performance and ROI
Customer Service Management
• Ensure high-quality customer service standards across all stores
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
• Train and guide store teams to deliver premium customer experience
Facebook Social Commerce Operation
• Manage Facebook social commerce activities including daily operation and customer consulting optimization
• Monitor performance and optimize conversion through social channels
• Coordinate with Marketing for campaign execution on Facebook
B2B Order Management
• Handle B2B customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Coordinate with supply chain management team for delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with B2B partners and ensure service quality

3. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data tracking and reporting
• Experience in inventory management and retail operations
• Good understanding of visual merchandising and customer experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
4. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in premium/luxury retail brands is a strong advantage
• Experience working with POS systems, ERP
• Experience in using AI for data analysis, demand forecasting, or workflow automation is a strong advantage
