Mô tả công việc
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts across both WHS & Direct (Mizuno Own-Retail) channels.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Build account plans to identify growth opportunities, customer requirements, and retention strategies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to both WHS & Direct (Mizuno Own-Retail) channels (e.g., physical retail stores, distribution partners).
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Create joint business plans with key accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in both online and offline markets.
- Monitor and improve product rankings, ratings, and customer reviews.
- Ensure smooth execution of campaign initiatives to drive offline sales and traffic in all WHS & Direct (Mizuno Own-Retail) channels.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment for offline accounts.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams to address concerns related to product availability, quality, or service.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product development to ensure a seamless experience for clients
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve online visibility and offline teams to improve in-store performance.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services.
Yêu cầu
** Required:
- Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 3-6 years of experience in account management, sales, or
business development, preferably in both online and offline channels.
- Experiences in the same industry - Sport Styles
** Preferred:
- Proficiency English Communication is the plus
- Prior experience in FMCG, Sports retail, e-commerce, or related industries is a plus
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of online marketplaces and offline retail operations
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with CRM tools, e-commerce platforms, and ERP systems
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
