We are hiring 02 Senior Sales Supervisors - On Premise, one based in Ho Chi Minh City and one in Da Nang City. These are pioneer, key roles in each market, responsible for driving our initial expansion and establishing a strong on-premise presence.
You will play a critical role in building the market from the ground up, developing customer networks, and leading sales execution. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious candidates who want to grow into senior leadership roles as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the on-premise sales channel in assigned city
- Build, manage, and train a high-performing sales team
- Identify, acquire, and nurture relationships with key customers and partners
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to unlock growth opportunities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Ensure excellent customer experience and brand representation
Yêu cầu
- Strong team management and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Proactive, results-driven, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Experience in the food & beverage industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM software is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is highly desirable.
