About Realistic Asia
Realistic Asia is a Hanoi-based inbound tour operator specializing in tailor-made travel experiences across Vietnam and Southeast Asia. We work with international partners including tour operators, travel agencies, and independent travelers worldwide to deliver authentic, high-quality travel experiences.
As a Senior Sales Tour Inbound, you will lead and develop a team of inbound tour
sales executives while actively driving sales performance and maintaining relationships with international partners.
Salary: $600 - $1000++ + Team Commission + 13th Month Salary
Key responsibilities include:
Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Inbound Tour Sales Executives
• Monitor individual and team sales performance
• Provide coaching and training to improve sales skills
• Set sales targets and ensure the team achieves KPIs
Sales &
Business Development• Handle B2B and B2C international clients
• Design and supervise tailor-made itineraries for travelers in Vietnam and Southeast Asia
• Support team members in closing complex deals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international partners and agents
• Identify new market opportunities and grow sales channels
Operations Coordination
• Work closely with Operations and Product teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Oversee the entire booking process from inquiry to completion
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Yêu cầu
• At least 2-3 years experienced in Sales inbound travel is required (Senior sales)
• Excellent spoken and written in English (US/UK/Australian market)
• Knowledge in 1 of 5 destinations: Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia..
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Able to work under high pressure and overtime
• Want to work as part of a small team with a desire to succeed and willing to learn
• Experience in Luxury Travel is a bonus (but not required)
