About The role
When a bank, a fund manager or an industrial group starts a conversation with us, you are the person who turns it into something they can see and confirm.
You run discovery with our Business Analysts or on your own, shape the solution, build a prototype in days with AI tools, and show the client where AI can change how the work is done rather than just digitise it.
The industry changes from one opportunity to the next, so we hire for a strong technical and product foundation and for how fast you learn.
You work directly with our Managing Director and Account Managers, with our engineering, data, AI and AWS teams behind you.
What you will do
Run discovery sessions with clients' business and IT teams, with a Business Analyst or independently, and send a clear recap the same or the next day.
Shape the solution: scope, architecture, integrations, data, security and compliance, and deployment on AWS or on-premise.
Assess clients' existing systems and design migration strategies, including architecture, dependencies, risks, cutover planning, and post-migration validation, working closely with our AWS and engineering teams.
Build clickable prototypes in days with AI coding and design tools, so clients react to something real.
Show clients a better way: where AI agents, document extraction, assistants or analytics can redesign a process instead of copying it.
Turn a confirmed scope into a work breakdown for our estimates, and answer the technical questions of client architecture and security teams.
Hand every signed deal to the delivery team with nothing lost, and stay through kickoff.
Build our library of domain primers, reference solutions and reusable prototypes.
What you bring
8+ years in software with real hands-on engineering, and three or more in a client-facing solution role: Solutions Architect, Presales, Technical Consultant or Tech Lead.
Systems you designed that went to production, and the trade-offs to explain them.
Product sense: you turn a conversation into flows, screens, a data model and a scope.
Proven hands-on experience delivering system or application migrations, from planning and execution to cutover and post-migration validation, ideally involving AWS or hybrid cloud environments.
Breadth in enterprise architecture: integration, APIs and events, data platforms, security, cloud and on-premise.
AI in your daily work, and prototypes you have built with it.
The habit of learning a new industry fast.
Clear, fast writing and confident presenting to business and IT leaders, in Vietnamese and English.
Follow company information security policies and ISO 27001-aligned procedures, ensuring the confidentiality and responsible handling of client and company information.
Good to Have
Experience in capital markets, including securities, funds, bonds, custody and portfolio management, and an understanding of how economic conditions affect business operations.
Experience with banking systems and financial services.
Experience in GenAI solution design.
AWS certifications.
Presales experience at an AWS partner or a system integrator.
