Mô tả công việc
● Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with the organization's business goals. Identify cost-saving opportunities, assess market trends, and evaluate supplier capabilities to ensure a competitive advantage.
● Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier assessments, and lead the selection process based on quality, reliability, pricing, and other critical factors.
● Negotiate supplier contracts, terms, and conditions to achieve favorable pricing, service levels, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreements.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations, address issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
● Lead and mentor the sourcing team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
● Manage relationships with strategic vendors and monitor their performance to ensure alignment with the organization's objectives.
Yêu cầu
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Commercial, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
● Fluent in Chinese
● Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sourcing, merchandising or related roles within sourcing industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
● Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, negotiation strategies, and supply chain management principles.
● Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings and operational efficiencies.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
● Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
● Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve results.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
