The mission
Turn strategic ideas into executed, measurable initiatives that accelerate Creator Commerce expansion. Team scale (> 30 ppl)
What you'll do
Business strategy and planning:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the social commerce project across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee-Live.... ect
- Propose and implement platform-specific initiatives to drive follower growth, revenue growth, and conversion rates.
- Master platform logic, user insights, and market and platform direction to ensure the strategy remains relevant and effective.
-Based on knowledge and market changes, continuously refine and optimize the project strategy.
Performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and operate livestream campaigns and short-form content initiatives.
- Manage and optimize social commerce campaigns to drive revenue, traffic, and conversion, ensuring strong platform performance.
- Coordinate the setup and delivery of sales campaigns, including (sample) product management, product invitations, seller deals, platform/ seller/ MCN vouchers, and commission sharing structures.
Assortment strategy & optimization
- Analyzing sales data and customer trends, aligning assortments with financial and strategic goals
- Determine which products and brands and their variations to introduce, maintain, or discontinue to create a balanced assortment.
PnL/Resources monitoring
- Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements based on results.
- Oversee campaign budgets, monitor cost-efficiency, and manage resources to ensure high return on investment (ROI) and ensure revenue.
Leadership & Human Management
- Lead and develop team members.
- Resolve team issues and coordinate with other teams.
- Maintain team morale and a collaborative work environment.
Yêu cầu
Experience: 8+ years in PMO/Project Management/supply chain management/Consulting or fast-moving startup teams; proven track record delivering cross-functional projects. (8+ years working experience, Marketing/ FMCG / F&B/ Digital Agency / Platform is plus)
Management skills: Strong at planning, prioritization, and problem-solving; comfortable turning ambiguity into a clear plan and drives execution hands-on with attention to detail.
People & comms: Strong facilitation, negotiation, and relationship-building with both internal teams and external partners.
Data & tools: Confident with Google Sheets/Excel (pivot, lookup, simple modeling).
Domain fit (nice to have): Entertainment & New Media, Creator Commerce/Economy,
Digital Marketing.
Languages: Vietnamese (fluent); English (working proficiency).
