The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire high-quality talent for a manufacturing (production) environment.
The role focuses on building sustainable talent pipelines, supporting workforce planning, and strengthening employer branding initiatives to meet both current and future workforce needs of the factory and corporate functions.
This position requires strong experience in manufacturing recruitment, including blue-collar, technical, and professional roles.

1. End-to-End Recruitment | Tuyển dụng toàn diện
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions ranging from blue-collar workers to specialists, engineers, and management levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs.
• Ensure timely and high-quality hiring for manufacturing operations and supporting departments.
• Conduct interviews, screening, and candidate assessment.
2. Manufacturing Workforce Planning | Hoạch định nhân sự sản xuất
• Forecast workforce needs for production sites (short-term and long-term planning).
• Support hiring plans based on production capacity and business expansion.
• Analyze labor market trends in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Coordinate hiring strategies for mass recruitment and urgent production demands.
3. Talent Pipeline Development | Xây dựng nguồn ứng viên
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for manufacturing roles (operators, technicians, engineers, supervisors).
• Develop relationships with universities, vocational schools, and technical training centers.
• Maintain candidate database and proactive sourcing channels.
• Support mass recruitment campaigns when required.

• Develop and implement employer branding strategies for manufacturing workforce attraction.
• Manage recruitment channels, social media, and job posting content.
• Strengthen company image in industrial and manufacturing labor market.
• Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring activities.
5. Recruitment Data & KPI Management | Phân tích dữ liệu tuyển dụng
• Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and sourcing efficiency.
• Analyze recruitment data and propose improvements.
• Report hiring progress to
HR Manager / Management.
• Support data-driven recruitment decision making.
