We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in headhunting to lead our recruitment initiatives and drive strategic hiring decisions. In this role, you will take ownership of identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier talent to meet our business needs. You will work closely with leadership teams to attract high-caliber professionals, leveraging your networking and headhunting skills to ensure the acquisition of the best candidates in the market.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Partner with
business leaders to identify hiring needs and create tailored talent acquisition plans.
Headhunting and Sourcing
Proactively identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through innovative sourcing techniques and headhunting strategies.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and high-level positions.
Specialize in recruiting for roles in the apparel industry and/or supply chain management system functions.
Candidate Management
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure they align with role requirements and company values.
Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive salary benchmarks.
Work closely with HR teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
Recruitment Analytics
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and quality of hires.
Employer Branding
Enhance the company's employer brand by representing the organization at industry events, career fairs, and on digital platforms.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At least 5 years experience in recruiting function, proven experience in senior talent acquisition, including headhunting for senior-level roles.
Demonstrable success in recruiting for roles within the apparel industry and/or supply chain functions (e.g., quality inspectors, technical
designers, sourcing specialists, production managers).
Experience with specialized sourcing for apparel industry talent and supply chain management system professionals.
Strong networking skills and a demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates.
Strong command in English to approach and acquire global talents
Be proactive, possess "can do" attitude plus strong analytical skills, and able to work under pressure in dealing with demands and priorities with positive
Possess strong interpersonal, planning, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
