Job Purpose
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in alignment with the Company's workforce plans and business growth objectives. This role also contributes to improving recruitment processes, employer branding, candidate experience, and talent pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Planning and Execution
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs, job requirements, headcount plans, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans for assigned functions, levels, and locations.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure recruitment targets are fulfilled on time and in line with approved hiring standards.
2. Candidate Sourcing and Selection
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, recruitment agencies, universities, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and recurring positions.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate suitability, and provide recruitment recommendations to Hiring Managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiation where required.
3. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
• Support the development and implementation of employer-branding activities across relevant channels.
• Create or coordinate recruitment content, including job posts, employee stories, recruitment campaigns, and career-related communications.
• Ensure a professional, timely, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collect candidate feedback and recommend improvements to recruitment communication and processes.
4. Recruitment Process Improvement and Reporting
• Review recruitment workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or relevant HR systems.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc recruitment reports, including hiring progress, source effectiveness, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
• Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring activities.
5. Stakeholder Management and Team Support
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Provide guidance to Hiring Managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and market insights.
• Coach and support junior Talent Acquisition team members when applicable.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the
HR Manager or Head of Human Resources.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience; experience in high-volume recruitment, retail, F&B, FMCG, or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, social media sourcing, and HR systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Good planning, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple vacancies, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with HR analytics is preferred.
• Good English communication skills are an advantage.
