Deliver individual target:
Achieve assigned targets in terms of calls, bookings, shows and contracts by complying to the TMK script provided by the TMK management
Record the customer's personal information accurately, including marketing information in a computer system (Hubspot).
Consistently follow up with prospect by warm calling to continuously exceed KPIs
Provide guidance for prospect when come WSE center
