Strengthen partnerships, exploring the opportunities and ensuring structured trade marketing support for wholesale, distributors and retailers.
Collaborate closely with
Sales Managers (GT), MT Manager to drive business opportunities and develop specific trade programs to align with company objectives to ensure sell in and sell out volume.
Manage the trade marketing budget efficiently, ensuring ROI-driven decision-making.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Partner with key retail and distribution partners to co-create tailored marketing initiatives.
Own trade events, sponsorship activations, and category-focused initiatives.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and shopper behavior.
Lead, coach, and develop team members of trade marketing.
