About the Role
Misen is seeking a Senior Video Editor & Script Writer to lead the creation of compelling video content that drives engagement, conversions, and brand growth. In this dual‐skill role, you will take ownership of the entire creative process-from concept development and scriptwriting to video production and post‐production.
This is an opportunity for an experienced creative professional who understands the psychology of storytelling, can craft persuasive scripts, and can produce visually striking videos that stand out in competitive e‐commerce markets.

What You'll Do
Lead the creative direction for video campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website).
Write persuasive, conversion‐focused scripts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
Edit and produce high‐impact videos from raw footage, ensuring strong narrative flow, pacing, and visual appeal.
Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Performance teams to ensure content supports campaign objectives.
Direct and mentor junior editors and
content creators to maintain consistent quality.
Select appropriate music, sound effects, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
Analyze video performance data and refine creative approaches for better results.
Stay ahead of video trends, editing techniques, and advertising best practices in the e‐commerce space.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of professional experience in video editing and scriptwriting for
digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (bonus: Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
Strong copywriting skills and ability to write in English for diverse audiences.
Proven experience creating high‐performing video ads for e‐commerce or DTC brands.
Solid understanding of storytelling principles, pacing, and viewer retention strategies.
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with motion graphics and animation for marketing.
Knowledge of A/B testing, creative performance metrics, and ad platform video requirements.
Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook Ads best practices.
