Senior Wear Test Analyst

*SUMMARY:
Assist team leader to drive the Footwear Wear Test Program, i.e., to build & maintain partnership with external sport associations that provide qualified wear testers for the program, recruit and train qualified & reliable field wear testers, conduct onsite foot measurement for the tester candidates, arrange wear tests as scheduled, create test questionnaires via Qualtrics, make analysis on the test feedback/results and publish wear test reports, etc. Monitor and support testers throughout wear test to ensure all tests are conducted as required. Update and maintain wear test database and regular tacking report. Handle sample logistics. Manage & control the Tested Samples for newly developed styles.
*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist team leader to build and maintain partnership with external sport associations, i.e., run clubs, schools/colleges, etc. and is responsible for onsite foot measurements for wear tester candidates, recruit and train qualified & reliable field wear testers screened out from external sport associations, regularly update & maintain database for field wear testers as needed.
2. Handle wear test sample logistics including sample tracking, sample receiving from factories & sample distributing to qualified wear testers, arrange wear tests with clear schedules and test expectations. Inspect to ensure received samples are confirmed by DevCom without Fit-related and workmanship-related concerns.
3. Create wear test questionnaires as needed through Qualtrics, monitor & support testers throughout wear test to ensure all tests are conducted as required, monitor & push testers for completion of reliable feedback as scheduled, collect feedback from Qualtrics after tests finished and translate feedback from Chinese to English. Make analysis and conclusion on the test results and publish wear test reports to stakeholders timely.
4. Update and maintain wear test database and regular tracking report. Assist team leader to prepare monthly statistical analysis report based on wear test related database and wear test results per brand per BU and per factory. Assist team leader on the preparation of Annual Award Ceremony for internal & external wear testers.
5. Assist team leader to inspect & analyze failed samples returned by wear testers for root causes and solutions. Manage & control Tested Samples for newly developed styles, i.e., to coordinate with testers for the returns of samples after tests finished, pack, record & store the samples properly, and send back the shoes to testers as reward after the styles are commercially launched, etc.
6. Carry out other projects that may be assigned by the wear test management regarding products integrity.
