Mô tả công việc
1. Formulate the service after-sales plan of the company's relevant models, cooperate with the dealer's after-sales system, and be responsible for the construction and maintenance of the after-sales service network;
2. Responsible for management training for dealers, so that all dealers can operate and manage according to the requirements of the brand, to achieve a unified brand image.
3. Provide service standards to dealers, so that all dealers can provide uniform standard services to brand vehicle customers, so that all customers can receive high-quality services.
4. Improve customer satisfaction rate, and supervise the service effect of dealers;
5. Implement daily management, supervision, coordination and assessment of dealers;
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Solid knowledge of service operations, warranty, and customer care for automobiles.
- Minimum 3-5 years in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial service/aftersales role.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with authorized dealers or automotive distributors is an advantage.
- Proficient in service management systems (DMS, CRM).
