Mô tả công việc
* SCOPE OF WORKS
Communicate via phone clearly, distinctly, and with a friendly, courteous tone. Uses listening skills to putcallers at ease and obtains accurate, completeinformation. Answers incoming calls and directs themto guest rooms through the telephone console or tohotel personnel or departments.
Takes and distributes messages for guests; provides information on guest services and answers guest'sinquiries to response all guest's requests at hotel.
* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answers incoming calls.
- Directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the switchboard.
- Places outgoing calls.
- Receives guest messages and deliver the same to the guest.
- Logs all wake-up call requests and performs wake[1]up call services.
- Provides information about hotel services to guests.
- Understand the telephone operator board
- Understand the procedure to proceed when an emergency call is required.
- Assists in reporting telephone equipment or service complaints and problems.
- Following telephone etiquette.
- Trains or assists with training new telephone operators in performance of job duties.
- To be fully aware of and adhere of health and safety, fire and bomb threat procedures.
- Must be polite and courteous while answering the phone.
- Keep records of incoming and outgoing calls
- Update directory information on the front office software.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management;

Yêu cầu
* QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE
- Level of Education: Bachelor (Foreign Language, Hospitality Management);
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills in English, additional foreign language is aplus;
- Pro-active with a passion for luxury hospitality;
- A minimum of 01-year experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury and upscale settings;
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills at all levels, socially articulate in a business sense;
* OTHER SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Computer: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Skills: Negotiation, Problem Solving, Time Management, Customer Service;
- Strong organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Level of Education: Bachelor (Foreign Language, Hospitality Management);
