ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
• Sales & Leasing: Long Term, Short Term and others
- Contact and follow guest who has inquiries
- Negotiate and offer to meet guest's requirements
- Maximum revenue for guest
- Establish new relationships with potential clients/partners from travel agents, online travel agents, leasing tenant.
- Monitor and review sales production and adjust sales activities
- Negotiate with guest to renew contract and increase rate as much as possible
- Incharge other sale as Restaurant, Package sale (If need)
- Waiting list managing: Manage 3-bed room booking list and sell rooms when available and update 3 bed-room waiting for new customers and contact potential customer when room available
• Customer Service
- Receive guest's order/ complaint and solve the problem if any
- Close coordination and open communications with other teams
• Other Duty
- Control longterm posting
- Chasing pending payment, handle over-due payment, check & adjust budget
- Support other department activities as request
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Team Leader, General Director.
Yêu cầu
• Graduated from university related to hotel management, business administration...
• Proven work experience (from 2 years) as a Sales at Service residence
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English (Japanese is a plus)
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
