Services Assistant

Position: Serviecs Assistant
Department: HSE, Facility & Services
Report to: HSE, Facility & Services Manager
Scope of work: Control all operation works of soft-services
Responsibilities:
• Take care daily works of soft service (Catering, Housekeeping, Security, Transportation and Pestcotrol service)
• Manage and control outsourced employees of all soft services
• Solve related issues of soft service (Catering, Transportation housekeeping, Pestcontrol, Sercurity if have)
• Coordinate with the outsourced service suppliers as per the job assignment by Department Manager from time to time to manage the quality and delivery of all or some of
the facility services including but not limited to shuttle bus & transportation, security, housekeeping, catering and canteen;
• Make PR for soft services and follow up with sourcing department until goods delivery to factory
• Operate service committee as canteen committees, transportation committee to archive objectives
• Create, organize, filing and maintain corporate documents and reports.
• Core information and confidential management, ensures discreet handling of confidential information.
• Assist and lead control budget of department
• Assist to organize events of company as assignments of manager
• Support Manager to implement actions to improve soft service to archive objectives
• Other work assigned by HSE, Facility & Service Manager.
