Social Media Management
Develop and manage social marketing plan in MAFC social platforms (monthly, quarterly)
Develop and manage content calendars across social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube , etc.).
Monitor trends, engage with audiences, and grow followers organically.
Coordinate with design and video teams to deliver platform-specific content.
Creative Content Development
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to brainstorm and produce content for brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Write compelling copy for digital assets including banners, ads, emails, push notifications, and landing pages.
Ensure content aligns with brand tone, visual guidelines, and marketing goals.
Project Management
Lead or support execution of
digital marketing projects such as product campaigns, seasonal promotions, or internal launches.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Track and report project progress, flag risks, and manage feedback loops.
Direct Message Campaign Management
Plan, write, schedule, and analyze SMS & ZNS messaging campaigns.
Coordinate with relevant vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with campaign objectives.
Track performance metrics and propose optimization strategies for future campaigns.
Support ad hoc tasks or initiatives as assigned by the Head of Marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
4-5 years of experience in social media marketing
Understanding of paid ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and reporting.
Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
Organized, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
