Content Production
Define channel positioning and differentiation; build tag and topic pools.
Own editorial planning and weekly pitch meetings; deliver Hook-Body-CTA script templates.
Control shooting cadence; Partner with KOLs/hosts,
designers, and editors to create reusable templates.
Schedule and upload videos; optimize titles, descriptions, hashtags, and thumbnails.
Monitor comments, manage community interactions, and protect brand image.
Propose creative concepts for new series and content strategies.
Growth & Distribution
Define channel growth strategy; run multi-platform distribution; optimize acquisition channels and audience growth.
Assist with basic paid campaigns, trend research, and algorithm tuning.
Build private-traffic funnels: Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and email subscriptions.
Data & Iteration
Build analytics dashboards; track impressions, retention, completion rate, engagement rate, and conversion rate.
Deliver weekly reports and retros; pre-read issue lists and next-week experiment plans.
Collaboration & Management
Training scriptwriters and editors.
Coordinate with KOLs; manage deliverables and SLAs (Service Level Agreement).
Own channel budgets and reconcile with Finance.
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
3 years of experience in social media, content operations, or
digital marketing.
Proficient in English communication and reading specialized materials.
Familiar with platform algorithms, recommendation systems, and policy/violation boundaries (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
Strong data mindset; able to design experiments and execute end-to-end.
Basic analytical skills with Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, or TikTok Analytics.
Responsible, detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive in learning.
Good communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with influencers and cross-cultural teams.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to fast-changing requirements, and handle multiple projects.
