Social Media Strategy & Content
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives
Plan, manage, and optimize content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Zalo, and other platforms
Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity
Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and
content creators to produce engaging content.
Influencer Marketing & Campaign Management
Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including KOLs, KOCs, creators, and brand advocates
Handle influencer sourcing, negotiations, content approvals, and campaign execution
Lead integrated social media campaigns from planning to performance evaluation
Work closely with Performance Marketing and external partners to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Community Management & Brand Reputation
Oversee community management activities and customer engagement across social channels
Monitor audience sentiment, online conversations, and brand reputation
Respond to issues promptly and manage potential social media crises when required.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
Track, analyze, and optimize social media performance using relevant tools
Monitor key KPIs, including engagement, reach, audience growth, website traffic, conversions, and influencer ROI
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations
Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership
Supervise and mentor Content Creators and Community Management team members
Review deliverables, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present strategic recommendations to the Head of Marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in Social Media,
Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships
Experience in retail, FMCG, agency, or e-commerce environments is a plus
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
Hands-on experience working with KOLs, KOCs, and influencers
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content planning abilities
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and generate insights
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
