With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.
Evenflow is a critical data processing system for Google's Ads business, responsible for consuming raw logs from various ad serving and offline systems and transforming them into a reliable source of truth for key metrics. Evenflow's output data is fundamental for mission-critical, revenue-related functions across numerous Ads products directly powering budgeting, billing, bidding algorithms, and customer-facing reporting, while also ensuring data accuracy for financial reporting and compliance.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $207000 - $301000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
