SOURCING MANAGER (PPM-CM)

* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
- Orders allocated to Contract Manufacturers with balance price, delivery, capacity, ESA, and other requirements from customers and closely monitoring the process.
* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:

Responsibilities:
- Orders allocated to Contract Manufacturers with balance price, delivery, capacity, ESA, and other requirements from customers
- Monitor and solve timely any issues occurred in production and shipment plan to secure delivery plan to customers: drawings, inspection, shipping marks, shipping documents, etc
- Check right shipping documents delivered to customer within deadlines
- Ensure that internal and external systems are updated timely and correctly for price, order information, shipment, and shipping documents
- Manage and support staffs to carry out their tasks on time, together work closely with different departments to have on time shipments
- Carry out other tasks assigned by Procurement Manager (expat)
Authorities:
- Decide and solve issues within department, reaching company targets on order and shipment
- Payment request approval for shipping documents

- Sales, Trade Finance, Finance, QA, Technical

- Forwarders, Contract Manufacturers, Suppliers
