Follow up sourcing enquiries, conducting proactive potential supplier searches through supplier and supply market analysis.
Send RFI/RFQ emails and follow up with suppliers and make Quotation analysis, benchmark and make quotation summary, suggest potential suppliers to Sourcing team.
Review online supplier profiles, visit supplier to screening and evaluating suppliers to assess their qualifications and fit for specific category for each project requirements.
Recommend new suppliers after with SQE to conduct sustainability and supplier quality control audits on a regular basis to ensure vendors and their supplies remain in qualification and compliance.
Together with Sourcing team to identify future Sourcing needs and develop a network of potential suppliers and manufacture professional in order to proactively source. building strong supplier base in Viet name for current and future needs.
Work closely with cross functional team on transferring cost, source information, lead time, and other appropriate information to the production environment.
Responsible for support localization of material and services through RFI/RFQ process and following up with team.
Support Senior sourcing manager to measure and report on Sourcing KPI summary monthly, like MPR report, Cost Savings P&L, Payment date improvement, scorecard improvement.
Report to Senior sourcing manager and provide support to sourcing members in the new project sourcing, sample submission & NPI working with cross functional teams & new task requirements if any.
Yêu cầu
University or equivalent level of education (engineering and/or economics/supply chain)
Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Procurement, Buyer, Purchaser, Sales, Project management or similar role at least 2-5 years (but not only operation activities) /Cost optimization/[protected info] manufacturing companies, preferably in multi-national companies
Relevant experience to develop sourcing business in Vietnam. Extensive connection of factories in Vietnam is a plus score.
To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong supplier base for our company's current and future needs.
Strong negotiation Skills, strong cost analytical, logical thinking, and cost sense
Effective communication skills both written and verbal in both Vietnamese and English. Chinese speaking is high preferred.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to project prioritize effectively.
Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Able to work to agreed deadlines and targets.
