We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of HR Specialist (HRBP). The HR Specialist (HRBP) is responsible for handling routine HRBP operational tasks and provide professional support in key HRBP areas including employee relations, coordination of HR processes, performance management, training and development and other organization development activities.
HR Process & Policy
• Coordinate and manage HR processes including contract renewal, personnel changes, onboarding, exit procedures, and training administration
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and line managers
• Support in developing and updating SOPs and internal HR policies
Employee Relations
• Handle routine employee relation matter with the area assigned
Performance Management & Training
• Assist in provide guidance to employees and coordination of annual PM and training process
• Follow-up, arrange logistics and collect related documents
Engagement & Organizational Development
• Support in initiate and run engagement activities, arrange logistic & support in communication
Expatriate Services (Additional Scope)
• Handle visa, Work Permit, and Temporary Residence Card (TRC) applications and renewals for foreign employees
• Coordinate with authorities and external agencies to ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor and immigration regulations
• Maintain and monitor validity of legal documents for expatriate employees
Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare HR reports as required
• Ensure daily HR practices comply with internal regulations and legal requirements
• Perform other tasks as assigned by HRBP Supervisor
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related fields
• 3-5 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in real estate, construction
• HRBP/ HR operation, Employee relations, performance management
• Communication, collaboration, problem-solving, proactive and responsibility
