Principle responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits
1. Monitor, improve and develop the HR system/policy;
2. Check HR invoices from all partners;
3. Be responsible to answer staff' concern in HR policies to ensure staff understand and apply properly benefits set in the policies and also to control the company's cost;
4. Liaise with government authorities (social insurance office, labor office, tax agencies) to solve problems related if any;
5. Take in charge of performance system (set and inform schedule to departments & guide them if requested, collect & generalize the result for salary review & training development);
6. Make sure working regulations and policies are updated in compliance with Vietnamese law and company's requirement;
7. Conduct labor disciplines;
8. Perform the annual emulation & awarding job actively and efficiently as well as ensure the awarding data to be recorded accurately and fully;
9. Control the annual leave system;
10. Be responsible to prepare necessary procedures for new staff as well as terminated staff
11. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager/Deputy Manager/HR Supervisor;
HR Functions:
1. Prepare & support HR&ADM managers to implement strategy HR plans requested by PVEP- CUU LONG management;
2. Advise HR matters to HR&ADM managers when required;
3. Raise opinions and give solutions to what make the Company to improve in the better; manner to and to ensure the legal factor to the risk management;
Projects & Others
1. Participate in building, improving and developing HR policies;
2. Cooperate with HR Supervisor in some HR projects;
3. Make announcement for new secondee, staffs termination, public holidays.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications and Skills required:
1. University degree or diploma preferably majored in Business Management or Accounting;
2. Fluent English in speaking, reading & writing;
3. Understanding well the Vietnamese labor code and related law;
4. Understanding well the remuneration system;
5. C&B Cost control skill;
6. Having accuracy, deliberativeness and analytical skills;
7. Good planning & organizing skills;
8. Having negotiation, influencing and persuading skill;
9. Good at communication & presentation;
10. Good interpersonal skill;
11. Good group leadership & management skill;
12. Good at using computer such as words, excel, power point especially using excel functions;
13. Fast learner and able to deliver short term result;
14. Able to work under pressure and in the multicultural environment;
15. Work resulted and self-motivated;
