INTRODUCTION
[protected info] - a leading beauty-focused eCommerce platform in Vietnam - is looking for a Senior Product Owner to take ownership of building and scaling our Affiliate Platform. In this strategic role, you will drive the vision and roadmap for a key growth engine that connects Hasaki with KOLs, KOCs, communities, and customers.
You will lead cross-functional teams to develop features across affiliate onboarding, tracking, performance dashboards, fraud detection, and payout automation - enabling Hasaki to grow efficiently through performance-based partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define the long-term product vision for the Affiliate Platform aligned with Hasaki's multi-channel growth strategy.
- Set measurable KPIs such as number of active affiliates, GMV contribution, cost per conversion, ROI per campaign, etc.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, AccessTrade) to shape strategy and roadmap.
Backlog & Feature Management
- Own the affiliate product backlog and write clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize key features such as:
- Affiliate registration & approval
- Tracking link generation
- Real-time performance dashboards
- Commission tiers & payout workflow
- Anti-fraud & duplicate order protection
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA to ensure smooth delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Liaise across Marketing (KOL/Community), Growth, Finance (payout processing), and Legal (contracts) to ensure a seamless affiliate experience.
- Co-develop incentive structures with the Growth team to attract and retain top-performing affiliates.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact for the Affiliate Platform with internal stakeholders.
- Run regular product demos, progress updates, and feedback loops to align teams and iterate quickly.
Product Performance Optimization
- Monitor affiliate platform performance in real-time (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, GMV, fraud rate).
- Suggest optimizations to boost affiliate-led conversions (e.g., better landing pages, deep linking, smart bonuses).
- Lead A/B testing to evaluate the impact of campaign changes, commission structures, and targeting strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (preferably in eCommerce, affiliate marketing, loyalty, or growth platforms).
- Proven track record in building high-traffic digital platforms or partner ecosystems.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Solid experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog tools like Jira or Trello.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate tracking methods (e.g., UTM, cookies, S2S, webhook, postback).
- Data-driven mindset, familiar with metrics like eCPC, eCPA, ROI, and ROAS.
Leadership & Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking with a detail-oriented, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
