Program Overview
The Wareflex Internship Program is a dynamic, high-impact,
3-month initiative designed to groom the next generation of logistics
professionals. This program combines structured learning, hands-on project
experience, and direct client exposure to build a strong foundation in supply
chain operations, sales, and logistics management.
Successful candidates will be selected through a rigorous evaluation process,
ensuring that only the most committed and capable individuals join this
immersive journey.
What you do
Sales
Admin
Acquire
a strong understanding of the sales process and provide assistance where
needed
Store
& keep track of all relevant sales documents in both physical storage
and online systems
Customer Care
Assessment & Conversion
At the end of the program, all interns will be assessed on:
- Performance on assigned projects
- Sales and negotiation aptitude
- Initiative, learning curve, and team collaboration
- Client interaction and professionalism (where applicable)
