Technical
CNC: At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating Router CNC machines.
Others Machine: At least 1 year of experience operating other workshop machinery such as laser cutters, 3D printers, bench drills, grinders, saws, etc.
Practical-Focused:
Heavy emphasis on practical machinery mastery and hands-on skills.
No prior experience in school or educational environments is required.
A relevant technical or mechanical degree/certificate is preferred. However, candidates with outstanding hands-on expertise who lack formal degrees must pass a practical/demo test during the interview process.
Degrees & Certifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Alternative Pathway: Candidates who lack formal degrees but demonstrate outstanding hands-on machinery mastery must pass a practical machine operation and demonstration test during the interview process.
