OB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for achieving the showroom's sales targets; develop sales plans and propose solutions to drive revenue growth.
Manage overall showroom operations: merchandising, inventory, staffing, and customer service.
Schedule shifts, manage attendance, and guide and evaluate staff.
Strictly control inventory, conduct periodic stock checks, and handle discrepancies/losses.
Develop and execute effective visual merchandising (VM) plans to create an impressive shopping experience for customers.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries beyond staff authority.
Ensure store safety and security; promptly handle incidents at the store.
Act as a bridge to receive directives from senior management and implement them at the showroom level.
Deploy and apply sales programs, business-support software/systems, and business-growth projects at the store.
Keep the showroom clean, tidy, and compliant with brand standards.

REQUIREMENTS
Male/Female, 25-30 years old, presentable appearance.
College/University degree, preferably in Business Administration or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager/Store Supervisor, preferably in fashion, furniture, or retail industries.
Tech-savvy, quick to adapt to and adopt new tools, systems, and technologies.
Flexible, adaptive mindset with a willingness to embrace change and continuously learn new things.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in POS systems (KiotViet, Sapo...), CRM (Salesforce, BeeIQ, Odoo...), Google Workspace and MS Office.
Can speak English (intermediate).
